Lagman with chicken
500 g chicken fillet
160 g noodles
2 pcs. onion
1 bell pepper
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp olive oil

Step by step cooking recipe
Rinse and pat dry chicken with paper towels. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Peel the onion and chop finely. Peel and cut carrots into small cubes or strips. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.
Wash the tomatoes and make cuts in the shape of a cross on their upper surface. Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Then drain the water, remove the skin from the tomatoes and chop.
Heat the pan with oil, put the chicken fillet on it and fry on all sides until golden brown, add salt to taste.
In a frying pan with oil, fry the onion until transparent, add carrots and peppers to it, fry until soft, stirring regularly.
Add the tomatoes to the vegetables and simmer over low heat for another 2 minutes. Add tomato paste and a little water to the desired consistency to the vegetables, simmer over low heat for 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Put the fried chicken fillet in a saucepan with a thick bottom and pour over the vegetable mixture. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
Boil the noodles according to the recipe on the package. Drain and place the noodles on a plate, drizzle with the vegetable mixture and top with the chicken.
